AfterOffer — Privacy Policy

AfterOffer ("the app") is a Shopify application operated by Fleeta Limited. It shows post-purchase offers on a store's Thank you and order status pages.

What we store

• Store data: your myshopify domain, app settings, and the upsell funnels you create (product IDs, titles, images, offer copy, discount codes).
• Aggregate metrics: counts of offer clicks and discount-code redemptions.
• Survey responses: the selected answer option only, stored anonymously. Responses are never linked to a customer, order, or any identifier.

What we never store

We do not store customer personal data: no names, email addresses, shipping addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or order records. The app requests access only to products and discounts.

AI processing

When you use the AI funnel builder, product titles, types, tags, prices and short description excerpts from your catalog are sent to OpenAI's API to generate offer suggestions and copy. No customer data is involved. Generated copy is stored with your funnels.

Data deletion

When you uninstall AfterOffer, access tokens are invalidated immediately, and all stored data for your shop is permanently deleted within 48 hours in response to Shopify's shop redaction webhook.
